We promote small libraries through initiatives such as managing small libraries, training small library operators, and planning and executing reading culture programs.
By fostering collaboration between public libraries and local governments within the region and advancing reading culture initiatives,
the government aims to ensure diversity aligned with the unique characteristics of small libraries while promoting their operational vitality.
Enhance the effectiveness of our small library support policies through this initiative by establishing a network among small libraries,
bolstering their roles as community hubs within the region via the support of traveling book services.
